Yes, they do work. I have had one for about 2 weeks. I was a 2 pack a day guy, and now smoke less than half a pack of regular cigs a day. The taste is good with the e-cig and cartridges are cheap too. Ruyan is the biggest brand name, but there are way better deals out there on similar products. I got mine on ecrater.com for $50.
