I am living in a dorm room and am afraid to set off my smoke detector. I like smoking cigarettes and hookah but it is WAY to cold out where I live to smoke outside (in the negatives everyday). So I’m curious if it will set off my detector, and if so, is there a way around it?

The only time I have ever set off smoke detectors is when I use Cheap Quicklights like Three Kings:
Good Coals but they smoke a ton when you light them and could set them off.

Ever since I switched to natural coals I have never had a problem. I bought a $10 single coil burner at Walgreens, and got some Coconara Coals And I have never looked back.
Though they take longer to light they last longer, have no coal taste, and ash like a dream!
