If you want to get if for your Dad’s birthday then have your mom order it.
I’d get him a prepaid Visa credit card, you can get them at the bank or grocery store. Then give him a birthday card with the credit card in it and the web address to order it. That way you still gave it to him, and he can do the ordering!
