No, you don’t charge the cartridge, you just have to use t until it’s finished; when you notice the flavor is getting dryer or not enough vapor is coming out you just refil by adding around 3-6 drops of e-liquid but after you use the cartridge a few times, you have to also replace the stuffing. Look at the site I listed for the stuffing and further instructions.
