i think they still have nicotine, like nicotine charges you buy from the company, so if thats true its not 100% safe…but yeah i dont know the whole story

E-cigarettes are for current tobacco smokers only – with or without nicotine.
I have a web site that does quite well selling electronic cigarettes. I won’t shamelessly plug the site here but, I tell you this because I certainly would have a vested interest in telling you, “go ahead, they’re cool man, no harm, no foul!”
The fact is, electronic cigarettes were invented to aid people who already smoke by providing a safer alternative. Many have quit smoking tobacco cigarettes by turning to these devices because they can still get their nicotine without all of the harmful cancer-causing substances found in traditional cigarettes. Most of those people, like myself, have simply substituted one extremely bad vice for one that is simply bad – due to the nicotine. Some have gradually lowered their nicotine intake by decreasing their nicotine levels and, fewer still, get to the point where they are smoking zero nicotine juices or cartridges. (There are tens of thousands who have gotten to zero nicotine and I don’t want to belittle their accomplishment or make that sound like an insignificant number of people. It’s just that there are far too many of us that haven’t!)
So, technically, with no known significant cancer-causing agents and no nicotine, one might conclude that electronic cigarettes are perfectly safe. That’s a big leap of faith, though. They have not been around for enough time for long term tests to have been done and, although dozens of tests have been done on them that proclaim them to be safer than cigarettes, no study or lab test that I am aware of has declared them “safe.” I keep very up to date on all of the latest electronic cigarette news. Believe me, if there was such a test, vendors like myself would be shouting it from rooftops!
I get this question a lot and I always tell people the same thing. IF YOU DON’T ALREADY SMOKE, DON’T GET AN ELECTRONIC CIGARETTE! Surely there has to be some better way to be cool. Or, better yet, stop sweating the “cool” thing. Later in life you’ll realize that the coolest people were the ones who stayed true to who they were. They usually are the most successful ones in terms of their careers and relationships, too!
There are several different companies that sell electroinc cigarettes. Most companies have different flavor cartriges that you can purchase that don’t contain any nicotine. Since they don’t contain nictotine they are non addictive. I personally chose to go with a company called green smoke. Take a look at there website as they have alot of helpfull information.

There are 0 mg (zero) nicotine cartridges too. And what’s better, you can even buy flavored cartridges (apple, peach, chocolate, mint).
Normally, electronic cigarettes only produce water vapor and nicotine. Since you will be buying 0 mg cartridges, yours will not contain any nicotine. So all you will be smoking is water vapor.
So its 100% safe from your side.
I would ask you to be safer and purchase only a reputed brand. I personally smoke Green Smoke cigarettes. The taste is awesome (even better than Benson & Hedges, which I previously used to smoke) and each of their cartridges come with new atomizer (this is important, as you don’t want to inhale through the inbuilt atomizers {found in other brands} over and over again ). I have also smoked Blu, and thats pretty good too.
