I am thinking about buying an electronic cigarette to use at work to avoid going outside to smoke this comming winter. Any known problems with state, fed, or local laws preventing me from doing this?
It is a non tobacco nicotine delivery device. It does look a little like a cigarette but it is like plastic , you do not light it, it does not burn. It does appear to have smoke but it is really just water vapor.

    Get a Nuclear Cigarette instead. They last longer and can be used for personal protection in the event of an attack.
