   Well you can use anything you want. However, you must be 18 to purchase items with nicotine in them so the legal answer is no, you cannot use or purchase an e-cig.

   Are you a smoker currently? Do you want to quit or are you just looking for a way to continue without the harmful affects of tobacco? If you can quit, now is the time. I promise it will be easier now than in 15 years.

   If you do choose the latter, do your research and have an adult you trust help you make the decision. I will post some links on some good places for you to start.
