However, you must be 18 to purchase items with nicotine in them so the legal answer is no, you cannot use or purchase an e-cig. Are you a smoker currently? Do you want to quit or are you just looking for a way to continue without the harmful affects of tobacco? If you can quit, now is the time. I promise it will be easier now than in 15 years.
