what are some things that bar owners can do for their customers to beat the smoking bans?

I think restrooms that have high doors that make it easy to beat the ban, or a membership card for a $1.00 that is only given to adults that makes the bar private and beats the law. I can say that I have never spent money in a non-smoking bar and will not.
