E cigarette is a best alternative of traditional cigarette is this so?

Electric Cigarette, a good alternative to smoking?

Why hasn’t the electric cigarette been advertised more around the nation? I just tried one this past weekend and it seems like a good substitute for cigarettes…. they are cheaper, does not cause cancer, no second hand smoke, etc. Also, it can be smoked anywhere.
