I don’t smoke. I never smoked and I never will. However, I find it cool when people smoke. Holding the cigarette in your hand,blowing smoke. But ‘looks cool’ will not make me start smoking. But I heard about electronic cigarette. Supposedly,they have cartridges with no nicotine. So are they safe,no health risks and no addiction? Are electronic cigarettes 100% safe?
