Neither, they’re both overpriced and not very good.
According to folks in the vaping community the latest and greatest hardware appears to be the eGo/Tornado/Riva. These solve the battery problems that have been putting a lot of newbies off.
For advice about buying in the States you might want to check out GrimmGreen’s site, he’s a very experienced vaper and gives good advice:
Both are 2 piece ecigs meaning atomizers and cartridges are combined into a cartomizer. Quality wise they are similar. GreenSmoke offers more flavors if you are into that. SafeCig has better/faster customer service. I personally think GreenSmoke is a little hipper than SafeCig.

Hands Down The Safe Cig !!! ***** green smoke. I bought one of their kits for 140 bucks and when I got it at home it would not produce any vapor and the battery kept flashing !!! Their customer service ***** and they are bold face liars because they tell their customers that their refills are made in America. I ordered my Safe Cig about 6 months ago and within that six months I had my car charger break (my daughter broke it:) and I contacted customer service and told them that my daughter broke, i didn’t lie !!! Well, first of all they responded faster to my email than it took green smoke to to answer the phone and they sent me a brand new car charger for free. Now that is a stand up company. They design all of their own products here in America and they were the very first company in the United states to introduce electronic cigarettes to the American market years before green smoke was ever around. Sorry for blabbing on but I had to get this off of my chest:) 6 months smoke free cause of the safe cig and I am proud to say that I can play with my gorgeous daughter and not run out of breathe:)
Neither. It is best practice to check the reviews and message boards for the best choice for you. Check electronic cigarette spot, youtube, and cigreviews.
If you dont care about portability and looking akward when smoking in public, you can go with a larger unit like the ego/tornado type product.
If you still want tons of vapor but a battery that wont last you days like the previous, go with a high quality mini cig. The best I have found is from. I tried both of the brands you inquired about and was very unsatisfied. I got my money back but wasted my time with them and two others before. Simply put, DO YOUR RESEARCH.

Cost over the long run (how long do cartridges last)
Whats it made out of? Propleyne Glycol or Vegetable Glycerin, I prefer VG

I use Green Smoke and I like it. I have not tried any other brands but I do know that I don’t have time to sit around filling cartridges and cleaning atomizers. I don’t want any clunky looking thing.
