those thing suck, if you wanna quit smoking just use a patch or some gum not a electronic cigarette
If your battery is charged and working but the atomiser isn’t getting warm it’s dead and you need a new one. If it is getting warm but there’s no vapour then it’s too wet or dry.
it is defecftive and you need a new one. But i know a better online store for wholesale electronics,, you can go there to have a look.
