Probably a bad idea. Why would you encourage a bad habit such as smoking?
make her take a big hit of a real 1 and watch her cough her lungs out (see if she still wants to do it)
not really..but ground her for awhile or take away something (let her know that she really messed up)..hope i helpd

She should worry, and talk to her daughter. Doing this can cause an addiction for the child and can create a lifetime of medical issues for her lungs. Electronic cigarettes are, contrary to the popular belief, NO better than an actual cigarette. Nicotine is breathed into the lungs, smoke or not, and it’s dangerous at any age.
The mother should have a serious talk with her daughter, but not be a hyporcite — if the mother smokes, she should promise her daughter (and follow through) with quitting. Bad influence.
First question would be, where did she get it?
Electric cigarettes aren’t bad the only thing that it is, is flavored water.
I do not agree with her doing it but it’s not like she’s smoking cigarettes
which are way worst. Just make sure she isn’t using the one that does have
Nicotine in it(if you change the flavor/filter some do) because the flavored water
doesn’t even come close to the real thing.

you do not have to be 18 do get electric cigerrtes you can get it from the mall at any age.
toss the vaporizer in the garbage..
