i really know a place having some good quality electronic cigarette products, but they are not free, if you are interested in it, you can visit for it. there is a point for you that they are not expensive for the users, maybe it is useful for you.
I’m assuming you mean a zero strength nicotine. You can use any e-liquid or e-juice that is 0 strength. One of my favorite sellers is elixirliquid.com, you can purchase an e-cig and then use the 0 strength nicotine that they sell. Good luck.

You will pay a premium at a mall somewhere around $150 and you can’t buy them on ebay, they aren’t allowed to sell them on there.
As for which is best, it depends on who you ask and what you are looking for. Do you want a 2 piece a 3 piece, a mod?
I use a 808, it is a 2 piece. The atomizer (heating element) is built into the cart and the carts are refillable with refill liquid (you can buy them pre-filled if you don’t want to mess with it-but it is cheaper to refill your own). It costs me less then $40 a month to smoke.
I prefer a manual battery (push button) I feel like I get a better hit. It is reliable, not to much can go wrong since there is only 2 pieces. It is inexpensive to start, about the same cost as a carton of cigarettes. Replacement parts & accessories are also inexpensive.
I bought mine from Epic-Vapor, but lots of places sell that model. E-V does sell 0mg menthol, they call it “Virgin”.
I actually found a decent article the other day at on the most inexpensive electronic cigarettes. I currently use the Blu electronic cigarette. Blu offers no nicotine cartridges. I think the other brands listed in this article do as well. Hope this helps you find what you are looking for!
